Smith was a coordinator in the North Detroit office. Luis Rodriguez retired Nov. 5, 2022, following 30 years of service. Rodriquez started with Davey in 1992 as a landscape foreman at the King of Prussia office. He transferred to the Rochester office in 2016 and served there until retirement. RETIREMENTS Eugene Biller, retiree, passed away on Oct. 12. Biller retired in 1993 as a sales and service technician at the Toledo office after 28 years of service. MEMORIALS
