I was very pleased with the whole process. Brock, Curtis, and Dimitri were very professional, friendly, and polite. I had a couple of conversations with Brock, asking him to trim a bit more in some places. He explained to me how he would have to go about it and we agreed on how the plum tree should be trimmed. Everything was nicely cleaned up at the end. I thought the crew was ready to pull out onto the street, when Brock appeared again to help me move the recycle bins back into position behind the garden shed.
