Faced with enormous damage and nearly 100,000 customers without power, your crews worked side-by-side with us as we worked to restore service to customers during extraordinary and difficult conditions. Trees collapsed, poles snapped, transmission towers buckled and wires sagged to the ground. Restoration to the majority of customers took two weeks. This was a tremendous undertaking and we relied heavily on your company and crews to help us. Your assistance was critical to our progress, along with the outpouring of kindness we witnessed all around. From hot meals to homemade cookies and hand-drawn thank you cards, the support shown to us by our business partners and the community boosted our spirits and kept us going. Thank you.
