Sue Quackenbush has been
promoted to area manager, DRG,
Environmental Consulting, New
Jersey. Quackenbush joined Davey
in 2019 with the acquisition of Amy
Greene Environmental. She first
started in 2003 as an environmental
scientist. Quackenbush holds a
bachelor's degree in marine science.
She is an SWS Professional Wetland
Scientist and holds certifications as
a wetland delineator from Rutgers
University and green infrastructure
from The Watershed Institute in
New Jersey.
Kenny Rowe has been promoted to
senior motor carrier safety specialist,
corporate safety department. Rowe
held various positions within the
corporate safety department before
holding his previous position
of area manager, Eastern Utility,
mid-Atlantic region.

Gary Schermerhorn has been
promoted to market manager,
Mid-Atlantic operations, R/C services.
Schermerhorn joined Davey in 1991
as a sales and service technician
for the Albany office. In 1999, he
was promoted to sales and service
coordinator, then in 2002 to district
manager of the same office. In 2016,
he transferred to the King of Prussia
office. Schermerhorn is an ISA
Certified Arborist
®
, a TCIA CTSP
and holds a TRAQ and Commercial
Pesticide Applicator certification. He
graduated from the Davey Institute
of Lawn Sciences (D.I.L.S.) in 1999.

Michael Sundberg has been
promoted to district manager, South
East Denver office. Sundberg joined
Davey in 2013 as a PHC technician
in the West Denver R/C office. He
held various positions at the Denver
R/C offices before being promoted
to assistant district manager of
the South Denver office in 2019.
Sundberg is a 2019 D.I.T.S. graduate,
an ISA Certified Arborist
®
and holds
a bachelor's degree in environmental
horticulture from Colorado
State University.
Travis Willhite has been promoted
to area manager, DRG, UAM,
construction services. Willhite joined
Davey in 2017 as a project manager
with Duke Energy. In 2018, he
transferred to UAM construction
and then in 2020 was promoted to
production manager, then in 2021
to account manager.
