When she arrived at my home, she took time to articulate the potential steps and procedures between the town, PSEG and myself. She was extremely professional, polite, courteous, and compassionate. These are qualities every employer strives for when hiring employees. I am impressed in how she handled the communications with everyone but also in how the hazardous tree was removed in record time. Both provided information and support in a timely, professional manner. Mark provided guidance with the infestation of white scale on my magnolia (and previous pruning needs) and Miranda with the recent fertilization of trees and shrubs. Fertilization may seem basic, but it is that rare person who can put 100 percent into listening and really hear what a client has to say. Miranda heard what I was saying and was knowledgeable and supportive. Both imparted a sense of trust. Authentic, good employees can be very hard to find.
