CEC COUNCIL CELEBRATES CRYSTAL ANNIVERSARY
Davey's Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) Council
celebrated its 15-year anniversary during its annual meeting
in August. This year's meeting was held virtually, but that
didn't stop the council members from honoring their past
while also looking to the future.
Since the CEC Council's inception in 2006, they have
encouraged the importance of standardized procedures,
created a network between the council and other CECs
across the company and fostered a strong client service
culture, said Patti Shanley, administrative manager,
Residential/Commercial services.
"Working alongside this group of dedicated CECs has
been not only an honor over the past 15 years, but an
extreme privilege," Shanley said. "When we look to our
future, we must look back first – thanking those that have

When the council was established, it consisted of six
members. Three of the founding members are still with
