Juan Avalos has been promoted
to senior supervisor, Gulf region,
Eastern Utility services.
Earl Blevins has been promoted to
area manager, Middle and Southeast
Tennessee region, Wolf Tree, Inc., a
Davey company. Blevins joined Wolf
Tree in 1998 as a foreman on the EPB
account in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
He was promoted to supervisor for
the same account and would hold
that position for 20 years. He is an
International Society of Arboriculture
(ISA) Certified Arborist
®
.
Amanda Burchett has been
promoted to project manager, DRG,
Utility Asset Management.
Jeremy Eckert has been promoted
to project manager, CLS, Ellsworth
Air Force Base.

promoted to district manager, West
Columbus office. Ellwood joined
Davey in 2012 while attending The
Ohio State University where he earned
a bachelor's degree in environmental
science. In 2019, he was appointed
to sales arborist. Ellwood is an ISA
Certified Arborist
®
, ISA Certified
Municipal Specialist and holds an
Ohio Department of Agriculture
(ODA) commercial pesticide license.
Dave Fulk has been promoted to
field support manager, Midwest
region, Eastern Utility services.
Johnathan Gallivan has been
promoted to project manager, DRG,
Utility Vegetation Management,
Pacific region.
Stacey Greenwell has been
promoted to associate general
counsel, director of claims. Greenwell
started at Davey in 2018 as corporate
counsel. Prior to joining Davey, she
served as outside counsel for more
than a decade on various legal matters
involving Davey. In her new role,
she will lead and support the Davey
claims group.
Eric Henry has been promoted to
account manager, Central region,
Eastern Utility services. Henry began
his career with Davey in 2012 as a
spray foreman on the West Penn
Power account. Henry was promoted
to general foreman in 2012. He was
promoted to supervisor in 2019 on
the Duquesne Light account.
Robert Jones, Jr., has been promoted
to production manager, DTE Energy
account, Eastern Utility services.
Jake LeBarre has been promoted
to district manager, Akron office.
LeBarre started at Davey in 2005.
In 2007, he was promoted to foreman
and transferred to the Canton R/C
office. From 2008 to 2009, LeBarre
served a tour of duty in Egypt as a
member of the Army National Guard.
In 2016, he was promoted to sales
arborist and in 2018 to assistant
district manager. LeBarre is a 2013
D.I.T.S. graduate and an ISA
Certified Arborist
