Davey was contracted by Austin Energy to clear power lines. Cleared tree limbs were not picked up by the city for over two weeks. I contacted Nelson from Davey. He moved mountains to find a way to come to our neighborhood and make all of the neighbors on Zeus Cove in Austin very happy. Nelson Medina is the Davey difference. Mike and Samantha have both been extremely professional, but aside from that I have received top notch service. I would be proud to recommend Davey. We found Mike to be extremely versatile, which we understand to be a valuable trait in the landscaping industry. He was reliable and his work is always extremely professional and impressive. The tree is a huge 50-foot Java tree and within two hours they thinned it while still retaining its shape. Everyone was outfitted correctly for the job. The yard of the trunk that was split by lightning. Every bit of sawdust and debris was removed in the cleanup. We cannot thank Kasey and Davey enough for the expertise brought to our very serious situation. Above all, they are diligent with safety for both the client and their own employees. Last summer, after a mini tornado toppled about 20 trees, I cannot say enough about how well they responded with care and planning to remove one of the trees that had fallen onto the roof. The project involved massive amounts of debris not just on our property but also the two adjacent properties. Kasey even saw a way to manage the workload and worked with my insurance company to avoid complication with the neighbors. He skillfully guided the proposal to our insurance company and negotiated everything for approval. And then, once the work started, we watched in amazement at the proficiency of the Davey crews.
