Divin joined Davey in 2007 in Boulder, Colorado, where he held positions of climber, crew leader and plant health care technician until 2012. Divin left Davey for a period of time to work as an urban forester park ranger superintendent until returning to Davey in 2019 as a sales arborist. He is an ISA Certified Arborist ® and holds qualifications in Tree Risk Assessment and Fire Risk Reduction through ISA. He also holds a Texas Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator license and a degree from Colorado State University. Lawrence Eckart has been promoted to district manager, Richmond office. Eckart started his career at Davey in 1989 as a sales and service coordinator at the Baltimore R/C office and in 1996 was promoted to sales arborist. In 2002, he was promoted to assistant district manager. He has most recently been a regional business developer with the Commercial Tree Care team serving the Maryland and Washington, D.C., markets. Eckart is an ISA Certified Arborist ® . He graduated from the Davey Institute of Horticultural Sciences (D.I.H.S.) in 1991 and D.I.T.S. in 1993. Frank Graziano Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. Scott Eikenbary has been promoted to project manager, DRG. Chris Feliciano has been promoted to project manager, CLS, Colorado Springs territory. Brandon Freeman has been promoted to area manager, Texas operations, Davey Tree Surgery Company. Freeman joined Davey in 2002 as a climber on the CenterPoint Energy operations in Texas. In 2004, he was promoted to general foreman and in 2006 to area supervisor. He is an ISA Certified Arborist ® , ISA Certified Utility Specialist, a TCIA CTSP and holds a Qualified Applicators license. Freeman is also a 2006 D.I.T.S. graduate and has affiliations with the Texas Vegetation Management Association and the Utility Arborist Association. Scott Gardner has been promoted to district manager, Burnaby, British Columbia, office. He joined Davey in 2014 and in 2017 was promoted to sales arborist in the Burnaby office, then in 2019 to assistant district manager of the Vancouver office. Gardner is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist ® , Certified Arborist Municipal Specialist and Tree Risk Assessment Qualified. He is a 2019 D.I.T.S. graduate. Brian Garnett has been promoted to project manager, DRG, Utility Vegetation Management, Pacific region. Frank Graziano has been promoted to chief technical officer, WSSI. Graziano will continue to hold his previous title as regional vice president in addition to his new title. Graziano has 35 years of experience in the industry and has been with WSSI for over 20 years. Before being promoted to regional vice president, he was the director of engineering. Graziano holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland and is a licensed professional engineer in 18 states. Vanez Hardy has been promoted to project manager, CLS, Naval Air Station in the Jacksonville territory. Cooper Harris has been promoted to project manager, DRG, Utility Vegetation Management, Pacific region. Scott Heim has been promoted to market manager, Northeast Ohio operations, R/C services. Heim joined Davey in 1982 as a groundperson on the Ohio Edison Utility account. After a series of promotions, Heim transferred to the East Cleveland R/C office in 1992, then was promoted to sales arborist in 1995.
