DAVEY CORPORATE POLICIES SUPPORT 'DOING IT RIGHT'
At Davey, we are guided by eight key corporate policies
that support mutual accountability, teamwork and living
our values every day.
Davey's corporate policies help us work toward the
company's 2030 strategic objective, "to make Davey a great
place to work while delivering client and shareholder value."
These policies set forth our expectations for our employees.
They can help you navigate complex situations ranging
from the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to diversity
and equity issues, and our Whistleblower policy.
These policies, available on Davey.com, help define
employee conduct to help our employees do right by each
other. Following the guidance outlined in our corporate
policies helps define who we are as a company. They also
help us approach our relationships in the spirit of our
founder, John Davey, who lived by the motto "Do it right,
or not at all."
