ROCKIN' AROUND THE CHRISTMAS TREE
A 35-foot Norway spruce tree from Davey's East Campus
journeyed north to Cleveland to be part of the Rock &
Roll Hall of Fame's holiday celebration of hope and unity
through music.

delivery and installation of the tree. Employees from our
East Cleveland R/C office, Youngstown R/C office and the

Youngstown R/C office. Rick Hanshaw and Dennis Claus assisted
from the Wooster Nursery. Davey corporate communications initiated
the tree donation partnership, and Dan Joy, executive vice president
and general manager, Commercial Services, helped select the tree.
Davey's St. Louis R/C office donated
a day of service to Jefferson Barracks
National Cemetery, a cemetery the
office has volunteered at for many
years during the Saluting Branches
volunteer day.
"It's a beautiful cemetery, it's so big
and immaculate," said Tom Beshoar,
district manager. "It's important to
give time back to these cemeteries,
because you look around and all the
people buried there gave the
ultimate sacrifice."
The St. Louis office also purchased
lunch for 30 volunteers from four local
tree care companies. Davey employees
who volunteered were: Nick Faust,
foreman; Alex Noark, trimmer; Stephen

tree for the virtual tree lighting ceremony in early December.
