Adams started with Davey in 2014 and has held various positions, including business developer and account manager. Sarah Halford has been promoted to operations manager, utility asset management business processes, Davey Resource Group (DRG). Halford joined DRG in 2017 as a business analyst. She holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University, a master's degree in finance from Michigan State University and has substantial business experience in process management and cost analysis. Juwon Hughes has been promoted to account manager, Jacksonville territory. T.J. Mascia has been appointed to director, Davey Mitigation for DRG. Before coming to Davey, Mascia built an environmental law practice focused on Clean Water Act compliance and mitigation. Mascia holds a juris doctor from Duke University School of Law, a master's degree in environmental management from the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University, and a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mascia is also a member of the Virginia Bar Association and a member of the advisory board for the Capital Region Land Conservancy. Frank Molina has been appointed to district manager of the Long Island office. Molina joins Davey with nearly 25 years of experience in the green industry. He is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist ® , is ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) and a Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP). Molina is president of the Northeast New Jersey and New York City branch of the Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS). Dan Morgan has been promoted to regional manager, Commercial Landscape Services, Western region. Morgan has 26 years of experience in the green industry and began his career with Davey in 2009 as a supervisor in the Cleveland West territory. He was then promoted to project manager of the Shaw AFB and Joint Base Charleston Military Family Housing Operations in 2012. In 2016 he was promoted to regional manager government/projects, East, and again in 2019 to senior regional manager government/projects, East. Most recently, he held the role of operations manager South-East. Morgan is a graduate of the Davey Institute of Grounds Management, a 2012 graduate of the Davey Institute of Tree Sciences (D.I.T.S.), and an ISA Certified Arborist ® . George Plarr has been promoted to sales arborist, Buffalo office. Jason Reitter has been promoted to district manager of the New Jersey office. Reitter started with Davey in 2004 at the St. Louis office as an intern before joining the Rochester office as a plant health care technician. In 2008 he was promoted to sales and service technician, and in 2014 was promoted to sales and service coordinator. In 2015, Reitter was promoted to assistant district manager, Rochester office. Reitter is an ISA Certified Arborist ® and a TCIA CTSP. He is a 2011 graduate of D.I.T.S. and holds an associate degree in urban tree management from Paul Smith's College in New York. Matt Tovey has been promoted to sales arborist, Richmond office. Jacob Woodside has been promoted to sales trainee, Richmond office.
