Michael Burchwell retired July 5,
2020, following 28 years of service.
Burchwell started with Davey in
1992 and was a sales and service
technician, Charleston office.
Willie Golden retired June 14,
2020, following 13 years of service.
Golden was a foreman, City of
Tallahassee account.

RETIREMENTS
Rosser Iden passed away May 5, 2020. Iden was a longtime subcontractor
to Davey's Chantilly, Virginia, R/C office, and a close friend of Davey retiree
John Dingus, former district manager of the Chantilly office. Iden and Dingus
were involved with many prestigious projects in the Washington, D.C., area,
including work at Arlington National Cemetery, the Supreme Court, Blair
House, U.S. Department of Labor, the Washington Monument, Vietnam
Veterans Memorial, the Korean War Veterans Memorial, World War II
Memorial, and the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial.

consultant, DRG, utility vegetation
management, Northeast/
Mid-Atlantic region.
Isaiah Smalt has been promoted to
sales arborist, Rochester office.
Helen Thompson has been
promoted to senior project manager,
corporate communications.
Ben Wasielewski has been promoted
to district manager, Orlando office.
Wasielewski has over 20 years of
experience in the green industry and
has been with Davey for the past
seven years. He has held various roles
in both R/C and CLS operations and
was most recently the manager of the
Orlando CLS territory. Wasielewski
holds a degree in natural resource
management from SUNY Morrisville
and is CTSP certified.
