Joe Domer has been promoted to
purchasing manager of capital assets,
corporate office. Domer started with
Davey in 2013 as an administrator in
Eastern Utility services. He transitioned
to the equipment department in 2016
and was promoted to buyer in 2017.
Domer holds a bachelor's degree in
business management from Kent
State University.
Zach Finney has been promoted
to project manager, DRG, utility
vegetation management,
Pacific region.
Steve Freeman has been promoted
to project manager, CLS, Joint Base
Charleston and Shaw AFB Military
Family Housing, South Carolina.
Matt Gelobter has been promoted
to project manager, DRG, utility
vegetation management,
Pacific region.
Eric Henry has been promoted
to supervisor, Utility services,
Central region.
Jason Henry has been promoted
to account manager, Utility services,
Central region. He joined Davey in
2012 as a general foreman on the
West Penn Power account. In 2015,
he was promoted to supervisor on
the Duquesne Light account and
served in the same role on the Mon
Power account starting in 2016.
Jeff Huber has been promoted to
assistant district manager of the
North Philadelphia (R/C) office.
Brandon Lewis has been promoted
to GIS Manager, DRG, asset
management services.
Louis Meyer has been promoted
to assistant district manager of the
Chesapeake (R/C) office.
Judith Mitchell has been promoted
to team leader, DRG environmental
consulting, design/build team,
Northern Ohio.
Jason Henry
Utility services
Frank Monteleone has been
promoted to national sales manager,
Commercial Landscape Services.
He joined Davey in 2009 with the
acquisition of Monteleone Landscaping
Co. After joining Davey with 21 years
of industry service, Monteleone's first
role with the company was manager
of the Cleveland West CLS branch.
Since then he has held the positions
of business manager for the Cleveland
West branch and most recently,
regional business development
manager, CLS.
Dan Morgan has been promoted to
senior regional manager for the
Government/Projects division. Morgan
joined Davey in 2009 as a supervisor
in the Cleveland West branch. In 2012,
he transitioned to project manager for
the Charleston and Shaw Air Force
Base military family housing projects.
Most recently, he held the position
of regional manager for government
projects, East region, CLS.
