Lucas Myzel has been promoted
to urban forester, DRG.
Mark Rettig has been promoted
to market manager, DRG, utility
vegetation management, Northeast
region. Rettig joined Davey in 2002
as a trimmer in the Toledo office.
In 2013, he joined DRG as a project
developer. Rettig participated in
DRG's leadership coaching initiative
in 2016. He has an associate's degree
in forestry from Hocking College and
is an ISA Certified Arborist and ISA
Certified Utility Specialist.
Jennifer Robertson has been
promoted to business analyst,
Davey Golf.
Jeremy Sadler has been promoted
to Asset Management Market
Manager, DRG. Sadler joined DRG in
2014 as a business developer in the
Northeast region. He has nearly 20
years of experience working with
electric utilities and is currently a
member of the asset management
strategic planning team. Sadler has
a bachelor's degree in geology from
DePauw University and a master's
degree from Idaho State University.
Mike Santos has been promoted to
safety manager of the Davey Tree
Surgery Company. Santos joined
Davey in 1983 as a groundman and
quickly progressed to climber and
then foreman. In 1994, he was
promoted to general foreman and
then transitioned into the safety
department. He is an ISA Certified
Arborist, ISA Utility Specialist and
a TCIA Certified Treecare Safety
Professional. Santos is a 1995 D.I.T.S.
graduate and has an associate's
degree in liberal arts from Las
Positas College.
Rob Toney has been promoted to
regional operations manager, DRG,
utility vegetation management,
Pacific region. Toney joined DRG in
2007 as consulting utility forester on
the PG&E Central Coast pre-inspection
project. Since then he has taken on
a range of advancing assignments
and new responsibilities. Toney has
an associate's degree in horticulture
from Cabrillo College and a bachelor's
degree in business administration
from Washington State University.
He is an ISA Certified Arborist and
Utility Specialist.
Donald Viers has been promoted to
account manager, Utility services,
Lakes Region, AEP and MidAmerican
Energy accounts.
