Evan Shorr has been appointed
to assistant district manager of the
Lake Bluff office.
Ruth Ann Sobnosky has been
promoted to regional contract manager
for DRG. She has been with DRG
since 2007, and most recently she
was a project coordinator.
Robert Spartz has been promoted
to district manager of the Quad
Cities office. Spartz joined Davey as
a Plant Health Care (PHC) technician/
groundman in the West Chicago
office. In 2014, he was promoted to
PHC coordinator in The Care of Trees
Lake Bluff office. Most recently,
Spartz was a sales arborist in The
Care of Trees Glen Ellyn office. He
holds a bachelor's degree in general
horticulture and turf grass manage-
ment from Kishwaukee College. He
is an ISA Certified Arborist
®
and a
2016 graduate of the Davey Institute
of Tree Sciences.
Nick Stutzman has been promoted
to district manager of the Northeast
Cleveland office. Stutzman started
with Davey in 2007 as a landscape
laborer for the West Cleveland office.
In 2012, he was promoted to Plant
Health Care technician and then again
to sales arborist in 2013. In 2015,
Stutzman was promoted to his most
recent position, assistant district
manager for Davey's West Cleveland
office. He is an ISA Certified Arborist
®
and a 2012 graduate of D.I.T.S.
Chris Taylor has been promoted
to sales arborist for the West
Cleveland office.
Ramsey Tice has been promoted
to project manager overseeing
the GE Aviation account in
Huntsville, Alabama.

the Washington, D.C., office.
Tom Weidner has been promoted
to district manager of Davey's
Near North Shore area office. Weidner
began his Davey career in 1984.

, Weidner
graduated from D.I.T.S. in 2004. Most
recently, he was assistant district
manager of Davey's Northeast
Chicago office. Weidner holds an
associate's degree in horticulture
from The Ohio State University.
Ryan Wilkinson has been
promoted to biologist for DRG.
