Perry Odom City of Tallahassee, Florida DAVEY RESOURCE GROUP Ben Kuchar During storm restoration in Orlando after Hurricane Irma, I was responsible for allocating areas in need of assessment to Davey Resource Group (DRG) team members helping Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) assess damage. I was impressed with the work of the team members DRG provided to OUC, but I came away especially impressed with Ben Kuchar. Ben was a great help to me personally and to OUC with his detailed approach to assessing damages. He displayed a competency in his assessments that was beyond his peers. Despite the challenges of long work hours, frustrated customers, and very warm weather, Ben maintained his professionalism and displayed excellent customer service. His assessments were not only quality but equally as important fast, as we were trying to get customers back in power as quickly as we could.
