4 The Davey Bulletin | May/June 2017 Each day, The Davey Bulletin receives many letters of appreciation from Davey clients. Send letters from your clients telling of their excellent client experience via email to bulletin@davey.com. LOYALTY BRAND Brandywine R/C office I want to let you and your crews know how much we appreciate the proactive tree service performed at the cemetery. One of the many areas where the crews worked was on the pines. A few days after Davey was there, we had a burial under those white pines, which have sustained a lot of damage during just about every storm. The day of the digging operation was one of those very windy days. We have had many days of high wind in the last month and the cemetery has lost virtually no branches or limbs. The service work performed on these trees and many throughout the cemetery have made it possible for us to work safely under extreme conditions. Lee Anderson Friends of Historic Riverview Cemetery FirstEnergy account Brian Earle, Jim Straczynski On Dec. 19 and 20, 2016, Davey Tree visited our neighborhood to trim trees that were posing a hazard to the JCP&L wires. It should be noted that the crew, headed by Brian Earle, and including Jim Straczynski, purported themselves in a polite, professional and business-like manner. The conduct of these gentlemen is a positive reflection on your company and their conduct is worthy of recognition. Thomas B. Nicol Borough of Brielle, New Jersey Davey Resource Group Let me start by saying I'm proud of the work everyone is doing and I am aware that your work load has increased. I realize that we're short several people and I want each of you to know that I see how you have stepped up. You have all shown the following characteristics: Integrity, initiative, endurance, determination, flexibility and responsibility. George Leader Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc. Texas PG&E North Bay account Just a note of thanks to your crew for professional work on our residential street in Forest Knolls, California. Mr. Yoho, thank you for service rendered with a smile and for making sure that I didn't have to wait long to get the job done. I appreciate this very much. Martha King Youngstown, Ohio Hamilton office It has been years since I've dealt with a company where employees were courteous, friendly and actually human (no mechanical answering, voicemail, etc.). Very refreshing. Valerie Dolan Hamilton, Ontario Maier Tree & Lawn We can't thank your employees enough for being considerate, friendly and doing a great, efficient job.
