Centered on Client Care
In July, the Client Experience Coordinator Council (CECC) met in
Kent, Ohio, to not only welcome new members but also discuss
issues and initiatives on the horizon for Residential/Commercial
CECs and CECC responsibilities. New members include Lisa Andrew,
Brinne Stanley, Brenda Pierce and Shawn Underwood. Pictured from

Davey received the Large Business of the Year award from Main
Street Kent at its annual awards ceremony in June. Heather
Malarcik, executive director of Main Street Kent, recognized
Davey corporate office and Davey Institute employees for their
contributions to several Kent, Ohio, events and programs,
such as Adopt-a-Spot, downtown holiday lighting and Clean-Up
