TRAINING
Most of Davey's training and educational programs have been approved
for ISA arborist recertification credits. In 2012, nearly 250,000 hours of
training was provided to Davey employees, representing an investment
of $4.2 million.

According to industry estimates, in addition to saving trees, every ton of recycled paper
uses 64% less energy, 50% less water and causes 74% less air pollution than the same
quantity of paper from virgin wood pulp. Recycling wood waste represents a responsibility
as well as an opportunity for alternative wood products.
