Baltazar Gonzalez was a foreman, Southern California Edison trimming account, Davey Tree Surgery Company. Thomas DiBartolo retired Oct. 28, 2023, following 24 years of service. DiBartolo was a senior vegetation management specialist for Utility Vegetation Management services, Davey Resource Group. Randall Hill retired Nov. 3, 2023, following 24 years of service. Hill was an S&S technician at the Buffalo office. Paul Hollingsworth retired Oct. 28, 2023, following 16 years of service. Hollingsworth was a sales arborist at the Wheeling office. Margaret Leavitt retired Nov. 14, 2023, following 44 years of service. Leavitt started her career in 1979 performing data entry in the human resources department. In 1989, she moved to office services as a receptionist at the corporate office and stayed in that role until retirement. Jeffrey Newborn retired Oct. 28, 2023, following three years of service. Newborn was a sales arborist at the Menlo Park office. Pamela Rinehart retired Dec. 12, 2023, following 26 years of service. Rinehart started her career as a training coordinator for IT administration services, corporate office, in 1996. She then moved to assistant supervisor in the billing department in 1999. After holding several additional administrative roles over the years, Rinehart transferred to the Cleveland East Maintenance territory, Commercial Landscape Services as an office coordinator and stayed in that role until retirement. The current plan, Vision 2030, has been in place since 2012 and is rooted in the company's mission and values. The plan aims to make Davey not only a great place to work, but also to improve our overall value. The Vision 2030 Strategic Plan is constantly being pursued and is assessed bi-monthly by the strategic leadership team to ensure the plan is progressing and is adjusted as needed.
