EMPLOYEE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Through a partnership with The Columbus Foundation and
the Gifts of Kindness LLC, The Davey Tree Employee
Emergency Assistance program was created to provide
financial assistance for when the unexpected happens.
All active full-time and part-time Davey employees who have
been employed for at least 120 days, including those on paid
or unpaid leave, and short-term disability are eligible to apply
for grants up to $3,000 per calendar year and not more than
$6,000 in a lifetime for food, shelter, and other basic needs.
Emergency Assistance is available for:
• Emergency Hardships such as illness, death in the
family, or other severe and unexpected events.
• Qualified Disasters including natural, personal, and
Government-declared.
