We live in Huntington Woods and had a couple tree limbs falling. We reached out to DTE and they indicated a Davey employee would be in touch. Once DTE approved the work, we received a call from Jose indicating a crew would be right out. He was very friendly and professional on the telephone. Once your crew was on site, Jose knew that we were at work, so he communicated with us the entire time via text and pictures. The project was complete in a quick, safe, and efficient manner.
