6 THE DAVEY BULLETIN | January/February 2023 BURLINGTON OFFICE On Christmas Eve, The Darling Home for Kids had been without power for almost 24 hours as a result of a storm. The wonderful people at Davey came to remove a tree that was impacting our power line. The crew decided to donate their time, so there was no charge to our charity! We are so grateful for friends like those who work at Davey who helped ensure a bright Christmas morning for our kiddos. The crews are incredibly appreciative of the planning that went into the circuit. They said everything is logical and laid out correctly, especially appreciating the accurate species ID. Looking back on who touched that circuit, I would like to extend my appreciation for the diligent and hard work that Franklin and Steven put in for us. We got several quotes and are so thrilled we went with Davey. They were responsive, professional, punctual, fairly priced, and the quality of their work is unmatched. They even noticed a few extra branches on a tree that was not quoted and removed those so they wouldn't interfere with the house at no cost. As long as we live here in the Quad Cities, we will always use Davey!
