DAVEY CORPORATE POLICIES SUPPORT 'DOING IT RIGHT'
At Davey, we are guided by eight key corporate policies
that support mutual accountability, teamwork and living
our values every day.
Davey's corporate policies help us work toward the company's
2030 strategic objective, "to make Davey a great place to
work while delivering client and shareholder value."
These policies set forth our expectations for our employees.
They can help you navigate complex situations ranging
from the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to diversity
and equity issues, and provide you with resources, like our
Whistleblower policy.
These policies, available on Davey.com and DaveyConnect,
help defi ne employee conduct to help our employees do
right by each other, our clients, and our communities.
Following the guidance outlined in our corporate policies
helps defi ne who we are as a company. They also help us
approach our relationships in the spirit of our founder, John
Davey, who lived by the motto "Do it right, or not at all."
Davey's corporate policies are available in both English
and Spanish on Davey.com and Davey Connect. Additional
questions about these policies can be answered through
Davey Voice, a web, phone and mobile resource available
for employees to provide feedback, raise concerns and
seek support on workplace issues.
ARE YOU ENGAGED ON DAVEYCONNECT?
DaveyConnect, Davey's employee communi-
cation channel, is the one-stop-shop for Davey
employees to connect with each other, access
relevant resources, fi nd useful information and
receive important company updates either on
their smartphone app or the desktop version.
The best way to stay up to date with what's
happening at Davey is by having your mobile
notifi cations on for the DaveyConnect app and
checking them regularly. Important information,
reminders and tips are shared from many
company departments, including Health and
Safety, Treasury, the Davey Institute, Human
Resources and more. Scan the QR Code for a
video tutorial on how to turn on notifi cations in
your smartphone or mobile device settings.
