DAVEY AROUND THE WORLD
Corey Hickman, analyst, client services,
corporate office, stayed in Bar Harbor,
Maine, and hiked numerous trails in
Acadia National Park. Hickman traveled
with his wife, and wife's cousin and
husband, their fellow adventure-seekers.
While on the Beehive Loop in Acadia
National Park, Hickman says, "Passing
hikers recommended Gorham Mountain
for its excellent views, so we decided
to go there." Hickman is pictured in this
great photo atop Gorham Mountain.
During the trip, Hickman and family also
watched the sunrise at Thunder Hole.
The location is an inlet, naturally carved
out of rocks. When a wave crashes in,
air and water is forced out, and the
result is a sound like a clap of thunder.
In addition, Hickman went on a whale
watch tour and spotted numerous
humpback whales.
We appreciate you taking
us with you, Corey!
