AND SHAREHOLDER NEWS AT DAVEY?

We recently launched the Employee
Ownership Ambassadors program
that identified 220 employees
across all of Davey's service lines.
These E.O. Ambassadors serve
as a touchpoint to answer your
questions about employee
ownership or direct you to the
best resource. A list of ambassadors
is posted in the E.O. Corner
on DaveyConnect.
For retirees, the Davey Shareholder
Relations page on Davey.com is
still the best place to find reports
on company financial health and
company news, the latest share
price, and more. Simply type
Davey.com/Shareholders into your
desktop or mobile web browser.
Finally, all of our shareholders
can email questions to
shareholderrelations@davey.com.
It's our intent, and has been,
as a leadership group to be more
receptive, transparent and engaged
with our shareholders when it
comes to company news and
developments, on a proactive basis.
Also, compliance requirements
stipulate we share certain
information with all shareholders,
which we have done and will
continue to do. We are also working
to share more about employee
ownership in more places that are
accessible to all employees and
retirees who own Davey stock.
A. We hear this question often,
particularly from new employees
and from retirees. That is why
we've made a concerted effort
to share more information
about employee ownership at
Davey through a variety of
communication channels.
For active employees, both in
the U.S. and Canada, your best
resource for employee-ownership
information continues to be the
DaveyConnect app. The app is
available to all employees – even
those without a Davey email
address – and has Spanish-
language translation functionality.
DaveyConnect can also be
accessed through the desktop
version at connect.davey.com.
The "E.O. Corner" quick link
has a wealth of information,
including the current share price,
informational videos, Q&A sheets
and more.
In my employee Townhalls, news
and developments related to
employee ownership remain a
fixture of this monthly broadcast
to employees. We strive to ensure
the Townhalls are timely and
feature up-to-date information.
Tuning in to the Townhalls live, or
watching them when you can on
DaveyConnect, keeps you abreast
of developing news on issues like
the recent stock split or the stock
subscription being considered
for 2022.
We have stepped up our survey
initiatives to get a clearer sense
of what employees need and want.
And sharing more information
about employee ownership
continues to be something you ask
for. I'm confident you'll find these
