DAVEY CONSIDERING
STOCK SUBSCRIPTION
The Davey Company is considering
a stock subscription for employees
in 2022.
What's a stock subscription? It's one
of the ways employees at Davey can
buy company stock as part of our
employee-ownership structure.

DaveyConnect app.
Davey has held four stock subscriptions
since the company became
employee-owned in 1979. The most
recent subscription was held in 2012.
COFFEE OR DAVEY STOCK?
Another way Davey makes it easy for
employees to buy company stock is
through the Employee Stock Purchase
Plan (ESPP).
The ESPP is an affordable way for
employees to buy stock at Davey. The
ESPP works through payroll deduction.
Employees can choose to have a
portion of their paycheck automatically
set aside for stock purchases.
The best part? The ESPP allows
employees to buy stock at a 15
percent discount off the current
market value.

MONTH IN OCTOBER
Every October is Employee
Ownership Month. It's a great time
to reflect on the spirit and the benefits
of being an employee-owned company.
Davey is one of the oldest and
largest employee-owned companies
in the U.S. That's certainly worth
celebrating! And, it's worth considering
participating in. This Employee
Ownership Month, if you are not a
Davey employee-owner, perhaps take
some time to consider if becoming
an employee-owner is right for you.
