DAVEY ADDS SEACOAST TREE CARE UTILITY DIVISION
The Davey Tree Expert Company is proud to welcome
Valley Tree Care Service, LLC, (Valley Tree) of Orlando into
the Davey family.
Valley Tree provides commercial tree services to the
greater Orlando area. Seven Valley Tree employees have
continued with Davey and will operate out of the Orlando
Residential/Commercial (R/C) services office.
Valley Tree owner Armando Solorzano, Sr. and employee
Enrique Santana have remained as foremen to ensure a
successful transition of the team and Valley Tree clients,
and to help grow Davey's Orlando market.

VALLEY TREE CARE JOINS DAVEY R/C SERVICES IN ORLANDO
The utility line clearance division of
Seacoast Tree Care, LLC, is joining
The Davey Tree Expert Company
Eastern Utility services. Seacoast
provides residential and commercial
tree care services to the southern
New Hampshire area.
The acquisition provides an
additional line clearance crew
and four new circuits on Davey's
existing New Hampshire Electric
Cooperative account.
Dan Mello, owner of Seacoast Tree
Care, said he wanted to focus more
on the company's core markets
while taking care of his employees
and clients.
"Our specialty is tree preservation
and plant health care, and we wanted
to maintain our focus on those areas,"
Mello said. "My top priorities in this
sale were our employees in the utility
division and our customers, and
ensuring they were both well taken
care of. Davey was the best fit for
both groups."
