Archuleta joined Davey in 2010 at the Colorado Springs territory as a landscaper. In 2011, he was promoted to supervisor, Fort Collins, Colorado, operations. In 2013, he was promoted to production manager. In 2014, he became the project manager for Fort Collins operations and in 2016 he became project manager for the Fairchild Air Force Base Military Family Housing account. Archuleta is a 2011 Davey Institute of Grounds Management (D.I.G.M.) graduate. Adam Baker has been appointed to technical advisor, Great Lakes region, Davey Institute. Kim Ball has been promoted to contracts manager, legal team, corporate office. She started with Davey in 2009. Ball was previously an operations administrator for the R/C service line. Ball holds a bachelor's degree from Hiram College in business management and is an alumna of Leadership Portage County. Dave Bargerstock Great Lakes West R/C services Kyle Celmer Commercial Tree Care operations TRANSITIONS Dave Bargerstock has been promoted to operations manager, Great Lakes West, Residential/Commercial (R/C) services. Bargerstock joined Davey in 1990 as a landscape technician at the South Detroit R/C office. In 2001, he was promoted to sales arborist at the North Detroit R/C office. In 2004, he was promoted to assistant district manager of the same office and in 2006 was promoted to district manager of the newly formed North East Detroit R/C office. In 2018, he was promoted to market manager, Great Lakes West, R/C operations. Bargerstock is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist ® and a 1995 graduate of the Davey Institute of Tree Sciences (D.I.T.S.). Kyle Celmer has been promoted to operations manager, Commercial Tree Care operations. Celmer joined Davey in 2003 as a golf course superintendent for CLS. In 2011, he transitioned to R/C services as a plant health care technician in the North Detroit office. In 2012, he was promoted to district manager, West Cleveland R/C office. In 2017, he transitioned to the Commercial Tree Care group as a project manager. In 2018, he was promoted to regional sales developer, R/C services. Celmer graduated from D.I.G.M. in 2003. Eric Foley has been promoted to assistant district manager, Maier Tree and Lawn, a Davey company. Ami Guerrero has been promoted to project manager, Davey Resource Group (DRG). Bill Heriford has been promoted to regional vice president, PG&E operations, Davey Tree Surgery Company. Heriford joined Davey in 1983 as a field supervisor on the PG&E account. In 1994, he was promoted to field supervisor and in 1998 to senior supervisor for the PG&E North Bay division. In 2000, he was promoted to account manager, Idaho Power operations. In 2018 he was promoted to operations manager. Heriford is an ISA Certified Arborist ® , ISA Certified Utility Specialist and Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP). He is a 1993 graduate of D.I.T.S. Tyler Hesseltine has been promoted to district manager, North Minneapolis office. Hesseltine joined Davey in 2010 as a tree care foreman at the Minneapolis office. In 2012, he was promoted to sales arborist at the newly created South Minneapolis R/C office and in 2020 was promoted to assistant district manager in South Minneapolis. Hesseltine graduated from D.I.T.S. in 2012, is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist ® and holds a Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) through ISA.
