This was a difficult situation with a great deal of concern from the surrounding neighbors. We greatly appreciate the good work of your team in removing the dangerous tree under a challenging set of circumstances. Here is the letter: "Davey removed the tree this morning without having to kill the power. It took them a little over 3 hours. They were amazingly efficient, professional, and accommodating." This tree had been tagged by the state for spotted lanternfly and the state said they would like it gone. Finally, I started working with Chris. He has reached out, returned calls, is very detailed in process, accommodating in getting the job done, and he has followed up on getting permission for removal. So, kudos to Chris for a job well done. The burn took off and was about to escape to the wildland when Mark showed up out of the blue and saved my life. Mark went far beyond the call of duty to help me contain my burn pile. I do not have the words to express how thankful I am. It is not that often in today's world we meet people who are so helpful. Note: Mark was conducting routine pole clearing and assisted using a shovel and a McCleod rakehoe to extinguish this fire. Mrs. Doster said even in the rain a dead tree near her unit was removed and she was impressed with the efficiency and diligence of the crew. Mr. Simpson, a retired airline safety expert, watched from a window the entire removal of the elm hanging over his chimney and was impressed with the safety precautions the team used.
