NEWBERRY ELECTRIC HITS 4,000-PLUS INCIDENT FREE DAYS
Congratulations to crews on the
Newberry Electric Co-Op account in
Newberry, South Carolina, for another
incredible safety milestone. They
reached over 4,000 days without an
OSHA recordable incident this year.
"Some of these men are related, but
everyone feels like family," said Steve
Clawson, operations manager. "They
will not tolerate unsafe work practices
on their job site. They are not afraid
to call an all stop and discuss things if
something does not look right."
In 2007, Davey's Newberry account
work group started keeping track of
the days they worked incident -free
