Ross Behringer has been promoted
to sales and service coordinator for
the Buffalo office.
Raymond Betances has been
promoted to area manager, Utility
services, Upper Atlantic region,
FirstEnergy account.
Brian Sieber has been promoted
to district manager of the South
Cincinnati office. Sieber joined Davey
in 2000. Since then, he has held the
positions of landscape technician,
lawn care technician, trimmer and tree
care foreman, and most recently, sales
arborist in the North Cincinnati office.
He is a 2005 D.I.T.S. graduate, an
International Society of Arboriculture
(ISA) Certified Arborist
®
and is ISA
Tree Risk Assessment Qualified
®
.

TRANSITIONS
Bill Van Cura has been promoted
to vice president, Utility services,
Atlantic region. Van Cura has more
than 35 years of experience in the
green industry, including nearly 25
years of utility vegetation management
service experience. He was the district
manager of The Care of Trees, a Davey
company, Hamden, Connecticut,
Residential/Commercial office, served
as corporate operations manager
for Eastern Utility services and was
promoted to regional vice president
of utility operations, Upper Atlantic,
in 2018.
Van Cura holds an associate's degree
in science from the State University
of New York at Cobleskill. He is an
ISA Certified Arborist
®
and is a
licensed tree expert with the state of
New Jersey. He is a member of the
ISA, both the New England and New
Jersey chapters, the Utility Arborist
Association and the Connecticut
Tree Protective Association. Van Cura
is also accredited in organic land
care by the Northeast Organic
Farming Association.
