One example is the Castle Willis Leopard project. The customers in this area are sensitive about vegetation and reluctant to have PECO perform any type of system improvements or vegetation work. Brandon has worked tirelessly to educate, inform, and influence customers to allow PECO to permit and perform the work required to meet the needs to the system upgrades for the project. Brandon has demonstrated he has a profound level of emotional intelligence that has translated to agreements being executed with customers. To say we are pleased is an understatement. They were polite, professional and thorough in cleaning up. I live in Oakland and have had numerous problems with the tree. They listened to my concerns and did what was within their control to help. We contacted Jones Onslow, who sent a crew from your firm to come take them down. The trees were in excess of 20 feet high, and about two feet in diameter. These folks did an outstanding job, completely removing both trees in one day and leaving the site cleaner than it was when they arrived. In addition, they cut the larger part of the trees into firewood and even stacked it for us. Employees like these are few and far between and in my opinion performed above and beyond their job duties.
