We discussed what he planned to do and how he would do it. Mark was outstanding. He took time to explain everything, listen to my concerns and deliver a solution. Upon their arrival, I requested that they please do not "butcher" the maple tree in my front yard, which has so often happened in the past. I cannot fully express my appreciation for the beautiful job your crew did trimming this tree and the meticulous job the ground crew did cleaning up the yard. Eli Geist, who did the trimming from the bucket, went far beyond what I asked and worked so skillfully to trim and shape the tree beyond anything I imagined. The crew worked equally as hard on the ground to assure there was nothing left out of place when they left. At all times, these employees conducted themselves with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Having been an arborist for many years, I know the work involved. When I was getting my estimate, the entire procedure was explained to me, and the concerns I had were readily addressed. When I called to confirm the estimate, schedule the appointment, and pay for service, I was greeted with genuine care and politeness by the office staff. The crew that removed the material the next day, although I did not meet them, worked through the pouring rain and cleaned up the site to almost original condition.
