4 THE DAVEY BULLETIN | January/February 2019 ARBORGUARD TREE SPECIALISTS A three-man crew came to my house to do tree and plant trimming. They were very professional. All wore head, ear and eye protection and colored vests identifying them as workers. I call this a very professional attitude. They did an outstanding job on trimming my yard and cleaning up everything – including all leaves. I am commending their work and want you to use my name as a reference for future work. I have made this type of statement maybe three times in the past 50 years. James Rust Atlanta, Georgia CHARLESTON OFFICE Ed Legge, Carl "Pete" Williams Ed came and gave me an estimate on caring for my trees and shrubs. Several days later, the crew arrived. Pete (the master) and crew worked for several hours. What a great bunch. Pete's old-timey whistling on a beautiful West Virginia day gave a great background for tree trimming. They were friendly, answered all of our questions and did a masterful job.The tree looks graceful in every direction. It dances in the wind in a new way, right for the tree and right for us. Susan Churchill Charleston, West Virginia LETTERS DAVEY RESOURCE GROUP Southwestern Electric Power Company's (SWEPCO) customer experience team thanks you for work performed in Liberty City during the storm restoration. The customer was complimentary to you for your professionalism and hard work. The customer said it speaks well of SWEPCO that we have such workers representing us in the field. This creates a positive experience with our customers. We value each and every customer and our goal is to provide high-quality customer service to all. Thank you for going above and beyond. Brett Mattison Southwestern Electric Power Company EAST PITTSBURGH OFFICE A prized gem of service in the service industry world. A treat to not need worry about honesty and integrity. Professionalism and quality work ethics are valued. Mary Beth MacCumbee Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania MENLO PARK OFFICE The removal of the large elm tree was accomplished with ease and a timely manner with an exceptional and knowledgeable team. The lift operator was excellent. I was told what was happening, all my questions politely answered. The clean up was exceptional as well as care for my garden and driveway. Thank you for making a painful tree removal interesting and exciting. Suzanne Legallet Atherton, California MILWAUKEE OFFICE We would like you to know how pleased we were with the crew that came to our home. They were on time, friendly, told us what they were going to do and asked if we wanted anything else done. When they left, the side yard where they were working was spotless and the driveway was also free of any branches. Pat and John Feldner Greenfield, Wisconsin PENN POWER ACCOUNT These tree guys on my property did an excellent job in taking down a tree that was in jeopardy of taking down power lines. Just wanted to thank them for a job well done. Scott Jockel Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania PG&E NORTH SHASTA ACCOUNT Derek Beeman, Jacob Harper, Cory Thomsen Over the years, we have had problems with the vegetation management activities of companies subcontracting for PG&E. This year's work was seamless in that the trimmer, Derek, was experienced and professional. He is a competent tree trimmer in our view and we wish to commend him for his work. Derek and Jake Harper are both exceptional and to be complimented for their work. Mary and Donald Belkin Redding, California Each day, The Davey Bulletin receives letters of appreciation from Davey clients.
