It required detailed planning and close coordination with two homeowners and HOA representatives. Robert was extremely professional and made himself available for on-site meetings. He went above and beyond to explore tree farms proposed by the homeowners. He provided honest and easy to understand information on the scope of work and project challenges. The tree was interfering with the power lines. Underneath the tree in an arc were six camellia bushes and one small fragile exotic plant, and in front of the camellias were an arc of caladium leaves. I need not tell you how fragile they are. OUC sent Francisco to us. Francisco sent Felipe and wonderful crew to our home. What a thorough and careful job. Philipe kept assuring me not to be concerned about the plants. The man knows his abilities! Not one branch or leaf disturbed! Even the street was raked and blown clean.
