Ali joined the Davey Company in 1998 as a technical advisor and has more than 30 years of experience in the green industry. Ali holds a bachelor's degree in entomology and a master's degree in plant protection and management, both from the University of California at Davis. He holds a doctorate in entomology from Louisiana State University and is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Board Certified Master Arborist ® . Ali served on the board of directors of the Florida Chapter of the ISA, including a term as president. Chad Allen has been promoted to assistant district manager in the South Detroit office. Jacob Bannister has been promoted to senior project manager, Davey Resource Group (DRG), natural resource consulting. Shaun Barber has been promoted to senior supervisor, Eastern Utility, Southern New England region. Chad Bellers has been promoted to area manager, DRG, utility vegetation management Midwest region. Matthew Betz has been promoted to assistant district manager in the Charlotte office. Robert Brinker has been promoted to district manager of Davey's Northeast Detroit R/C office. Brinker joined Davey in 2008 as a plant healthcare technician in the Northeast Detroit office. In 2015, he was promoted to sales arborist of the Northeast Detroit office and then again in 2016 to assistant district manager of the Northwest Detroit office. Brinker is a graduate of D.I.H.S., D.I.T.S. and an ISA Certified Arborist ® . Jordan Caspell has been promoted to regional operations manager, DRG, asset management services. Caspell joined DRG in 2007 as a field data collection technician. He was promoted to project manager in 2013 and again in 2015 to production manager. Michael Cartier has been promoted to sales arborist in the South Detroit office. Kyle Celmer has been promoted to regional sales developer, Eastern R/C operations. Celmer joined the company in 2003 as a golf course superintendent for Commercial Land- scape Services. In 2011, he joined the R/C service line as a Plant Health Care technician in the North Detroit office. In 2012, he was promoted to district manager of the West Cleveland office. Celmer holds an associate's degree in agricultural sciences from The Ohio State University. Ken Cloutier has been promoted to regional Plant Health Care manager. Cloutier joined the company in 1998 as a Plant Health Care technician in Davey's North Detroit office. Prior to this position, he worked for The Care of Trees, Inc., a Davey company, for five years. In 2003, he was promoted to sales arborist and then again in 2010 to assistant district manager. In 2013, he relocated and was promoted to district manager of the East Cleveland office. He holds a bachelor's degree in forestry from Michigan State University, is a D.I.T.S. graduate and an ISA Certified Arborist. TRANSITIONS A.D.
