12 THE DAVEY BULLETIN | July/August 2018 FOUR JOIN PRESIDENT'S COUNCIL The Davey President's Council welcomed four new members at its spring meeting. The new members are: Chris Heim, district manager, Atlanta R/C office; Darran Malcolm, regional vice president, Ontario Utility services; Luis Miramontes, account manager, Western Utility; and Karen Wise, division manager, Midwest natural resource consulting, Davey Resource Group. They joined existing members: Gordon Church, area manager, Eastern Utility; Jason Evans, market manager, R/C Western operating group; Damon McKissick, account manager, Western Utility; Greg Myers, vice president, Commercial Landscape Services; Brian O'Niel, market manager, R/C North Chicago operating group; Phil Snyder, vice president, R/C East Atlantic operations; John Tokarczyk, operations manager, Eastern Utility; and Max Walter, business development and client services manager, R/C. Serving a three-year term, council members sit on various committees, which brainstorm and research new ideas related to the company's operations and present them to the council for review. The council, which reports to President and CEO Pat Covey, then passes many such ideas on to Davey management for further development or implementation. The council meets twice a year, in June and October.
